This summer Graham Plumb and I worked on a gesture-based interactive volumetric display sculpture funded by Stochastic Labs in Berkeley. Graham designed the cube and the type of interactions while I coded the visuals and the gestures to drive them using Leap Motion to get granular finger movements and Processing. Here’s a video of the different gestures it can respond to. We plan on making a multi-player version and add more gestures and animations. We unveiled it at dorkbotSF this October 15 2014
